What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds for:
Damaged or defective products (within 30 days of purchase)
Incorrect items received (within 30 days of delivery)
Products returned unused and in original condition (within 30 days)
Products that have been opened or used (unless defective) are not eligible for a refund. Custom or personalized items may be non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

How do I request a refund?
If you're eligible for a refund, simply reach out to our customer service team within the required time frame. Please provide your order number, the reason for your return, and any relevant details about the issue (such as photos of damaged or incorrect items). Our team will guide you through the next steps.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your refund request has been approved, we process refunds within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method, but please note that it can take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Can I get a refund if I simply changed my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, unless the product is unused and returned within 30 days in its original packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable in this case, and the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
