Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. However, we cannot guarantee any modifications or cancellations.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. For any additional inquiries, feel free to contact our customer support team.

I have not received an order confirmation after completing my order.
After placing your order, within a few minutes you should have received an order confirmation. Make sure to also check your spam folder. In case you you have not received any order confirmation, please contact our customer service at cs@caldevole.com.

Sometimes we might change your order prior to dispatching based on our stock availiability or restrictions in the country that we will ship your order to.
When your oder is changed, we will let you know via e-mail.
When an item is cancelled we will refund the purchase amount of the product.
